Once you’ve accepted the Mysterious Pair quest, the Iron Pipe can be found in the northern most point of the Iglia Wastes. “The Mysterious Pair” is the second quest from the bard you meet in “A Healer and Her Patients”. Iron Pipe: To collect this you need to complete the quest “The Mysterious Pair” which is available in Niez as long as you completed “A Healer and Her Patients”, which is hard to miss. The Blistering Fangs you need for this are only available in the last part of the post-game dungeon so assuming your Nebilim is powered up you’ll use it for exactly one fight.
However, if you didn’t use Alphen as your main character throughout your playthrough it may be stronger than the Nebilim (unlikely). Your other option for Alphen when it comes to the Tales of Arise best weapons is the Realm Unifier, which you might notice has almost 1000 less attack power than the Nebilim.
